Skipintro Code of Conduct
- Skipintro is an orderly business. We try to earn our rent in an honest way. Which means that we handle colleagues, clients, suppliers and anybody else involved with decency, care and in a civilized manner. We don't do boasting or empty promises.
- Everyone in Skipintro's staff keeps to general laws and rules.
- We don't do "politics", neither internally nor externally.
- Every member of the staff keeps business and private strictly separated. Family, friends and acquaintances are only involved on valid practical grounds and with highly critical conduct.
- Any attempt to bribery, however innocent this may seem, will be reported to the management. Detected cases of bribery (passive or active) and personally applied benefit are reasons for dismissal. Business gifts of a certain value go to the collective.
- At Skipintro we try to think ahead. We never think: "with a little pushing it'll turn out o.k", but we try to discover and fix possible hold-ups on time.
- In our branch it's about knowledge, talent and experience. Staff members are obliged to continue developing, in general and particularly in their line of work. Who is willing to learn will always find a willing ear.
- In the end Skipintro is about one thing: the creative work. The joy in our work is mainly determined by the visible work we make. The rest serves its purpose accordingly.
